distributing our technicians cell phone numbers to anyone. When our
technicians are offsite they are considered 'unavailable for phone calls
from clients' as they are on-the-clock for a client. We have staff at
the office to relay messages. Technicians may give out their cell phone
numbers at their leisure and judgment.
