Webber Consulting provides fee-based
phone support.
How it works:

1. |
You pay for a
block of support time in advance. |
|
|
a. |
Most people choose to buy 1 hour, those who call
frequently, generally buy 2 hours. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. |
You call in any
time during business hours and you will either: |
|
|
a. |
Be
placed into our work queue and normally will
hear from a technician by the end of the day, if
not within a couple of hours. |
|
|
|
b. |
Get directly to a technician. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. |
Our technicians
log the time in 5-minute increments and keep
track of your total time used so that when you
have used all your purchased time, you can choose to
purchase another block of time. |
