Online Support from WCI

Webber Consulting provides fee-based phone support.

 

How it works:

 

1. You pay for a block of support time in advance.
a. Most people choose to buy 1 hour, those who call frequently, generally buy 2 hours.
     
2. You call in any time during business hours and you will either:
a. Be placed into our work queue and normally will hear from a technician by the end of the day, if not within a couple of hours.
  b. Get directly to a technician.  
     
3. Our technicians log the time in 5-minute increments and keep track of your total time used so that when you have used all your purchased time, you can choose to purchase another block of time.  

 

That's it.
