I recently added a DSL line to my home computer and used Webber Consulting to help with the installation, hardware/software components, and Internet education.  As a simple home user, I cannot stress enough the time, money, and headaches that were saved by using their service.  Webber Consulting did it right and did it right the first time.

The following were my observations:

I would like to take this opportunity to write this note regarding Mark Webber and his ability on the software work he has done for Esco Corporation.  Esco is a sand casting foundry that makes steel castings for ground engaging tools.  I am the manager of the Esco Metallurgy Department and have the responsibility for the physical and chemical properties of our parts.  We asked Mark to come in and set us up with the tools in a software package that would allow us to track, report and analyze our data.  Mark chose the Access software and built us a very powerful but user-friendly package.  He did this with great efficiency and in a very timely fashion.  Mark has been asked to come back and tweak some things we thought of after – he has responded promptly and we are extremely pleased with the results from his work.  His software package is used everyday and without it we would be lost in retrieving data.  In addition, we asked Mark to work with our Product Test Lab group developing a package similar to the labs.  Again, Mark has left us with a superb package that has allowed us to track and store our testing data from this center.  All the people that have had the pleasure of working with Mark have been very impressed with not only his capabilities on his software development but his attitude, work ethic and overall listening to what is needed.

I am writing this to offer my sincere thanks to Nathan, Brad, Holly and those at Webber Consulting for such professionalism in their handling of the repair to my computer as well as how they took such gentle care of this very frustrated customer.

I came to Webber Consulting very frustrated and with a computer that was in need of repair.  I, not being computer savvy, wanted my computer repaired without interference to any of the programs or software and had gone to extremes to find a "like" mother board for the machine previously.  I had been working with another business who had my computer in excess of one month and still could not tell me what was wrong after replacing the mother board.  I was desperate and tired of dealing with this and just wanted it repaired, now.

I was welcomed with a friendly face and a technician ready to receive the computer.  I was given an extremely comfortable chair to sit in and conversation was easy.  Within a short time, 2 technicians looking into my computer, it was determined what the problem was, a new part was installed from your stock and my computer was up and running.  I was shocked.  We discussed what had been happening with the system, they made a couple of recommendations, one of which was to leave the computer for them to clean up some of the mess within the system itself.  After being without my computer for over a month already, I was not too happy about having to leave it again but just as promised, they called me a couple of hours later with the computer cleaned up and ready for pick up.  Only one desired part was not in stock and you offered to come to my home and install it when it comes in. WOW!

I am incredibly impressed with Webber Consulting.  I found you to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating.  You guys took a really bad situation and turned it completely around.  Thank you so much.  You have a customer for life and all the referrals I can offer.  Good luck in your professional endeavor here in Canby.
