Western Fireworks
On behalf of Western Fireworks, Inc., a locally owned and operated wholesale fireworks distributor, we would like to commend Webber Consulting, Inc. for their professionalism and expertise in the recent development of our customized computer system. Initially, we met with Mark Webber and outlined our growing computer needs. Together we created a list of our desired improvements and additional features that we were seeking to add to our current system. Mark was very reassuring throughout the process by taking the time to review and understand our inventory, paperwork, and operations. He also understood our need for an efficient timeline of completion due to the nature of our seasonal business. Throughout the entire construction process, Mark was in constant review and follow-up in regards to the different stages of completion. Mark was able to combine many tasks that were previously done by multiple software programs into one multi-faceted database. We now have a new system and custom database that is efficient, user-friendly, and has increased our operations potential. We believe this to be a great investment for our company and one that will allow us to better serve the needs of our customers.

As a small business owner, there are a lot of things that can pull me away from taking care of my clients. Hassling with computer issues, networks, LANs, Ethernets (or other computer terms that I don’t understand) is NOT one of them. Fortunately for me, I have Webber Consulting to handle all of my computer needs.
They set up everything for my business as well as my personal computer needs. I went from an empty office to a network all dialed in with scanning, Wifi, printers, multiple computers and everything I need to manage my business.
The staff and crew at Webber Consulting are very knowledgeable and timely. They are attentive to my specific needs and I cannot say enough good things about them.
